We all know that exercising daily will tone our body and by doing Face Firming Exercise regularly, it will do the same. By doing at least 15 minutes a day, you should see results and have a youthful appearance. Anyone can start these exercises at any age and are very easy to do.

Face firming exercises are designed to relax the muscles in your face and neck, to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines such as crows feet, double chin, saggy eyes and deep wrinkles. By exercising and toning the muscle on your face, you should see a firmer, youthful looking face. Here are a few exercises that you might want to try:

*  Gently open your mouth as wide as you can and at the same time open your eyes as wide as you can also. Do this for a few seconds and then relax the eyes and mouth. Repeat this exercise a few more times in a row and you should feel your muscles in your face stretching. This exercise is also great for relaxing the muscles in your face.
*  Exercises for your neck – Place your hand under your chin and then tilt your head back until you can feel your neck stretch. Do this for up to 5 seconds and can be repeated for another 8 – 10 times.
*  Another exercise to reduce wrinkles around the neck is by tilting your head back, until you can see the sky or ceiling and then start by pouting your lips as if you are about to kiss. Hold at this position for up to 10 seconds and do it 5 times.

*  Lip Exercises – To get the appearance of fuller lips do this exercise. Close your lips tightly and then raise them to your nose. Do this for 5 seconds and can be done 4 – 5 times in a row.
*  Forehead Exercises – Start by placing two fingers from each hand above your eyebrows. Then start by raising your eye brows and at the same time pressing down with your fingers. Do this for 5 seconds and 5 times in a row.
*  Cheek Exercises – This is best done standing up. Tilt your head slightly and place 3 fingers on each hand on your cheek bones. Next you will want to put pressure pressing down with your fingers and at the same time raise your cheeks by smiling. Hold in that position for 10 seconds and do it up to 10 times in a row.
*  Chin Exercises – Tilt your head back gently as far as you can and move your lips to make a “0″. Do this for about 15 – 20 seconds.

By doing these exercise on a regular basis you will see you muscles in your face look more toned and relaxed.
